★Impacting lives. Inspiring tomorrows.
Kailas Foundation works alongside children, families and neighbourhoods — through learning, care, skills and environmental action — so support becomes lasting capability rather than dependence.

Two figures rising, one guiding star, fresh leaves taking root — the promise we work to keep.
Our mission
We believe that when a child is supported, a family is strengthened and a community begins to lift itself. Our work starts with listening: to teachers, to parents, to the children themselves.
Programmes are kept small enough to stay personal and consistent enough to matter. We measure ourselves by whether a child returns to class, whether a parent finds steady work, whether a neighbourhood keeps caring for what it plants.
What we focus on

Learning circles, school essentials, mentoring and bridge classes that help children stay in school and stay confident.

Health awareness camps, nutrition support and guidance for parents, delivered with respect and privacy at every step.

Plantation drives, clean surroundings and environmental learning, so the places children grow up in stay healthy.
Current initiatives
Each initiative runs with local partners, clear purpose and honest reporting on what worked and what did not.
Regular time with children — reading, play, learning kits and steady companionship
Companionship, health check support and essentials for elders living alone
Saplings planted with schools and residents, with follow-up care for survival
After-school reading and foundational numeracy
Practical training toward steady livelihoods
Dignified, need-based assistance for families
How we work
People are partners, never case studies. We seek consent before sharing any story or photograph.
Contributions are documented, allocated to a stated purpose, and reported back to those who give.
Volunteers are oriented on safe conduct, and children's identities are protected in all our communication.
Every programme is planned with schools, families and local groups who know the need best.
Join the movement
Volunteer your time, sponsor a child's learning materials, contribute to a care drive, or collaborate on a programme in your own neighbourhood.
